Surrounded by residents with the only access via hoist through the residents car park. logistics made servicing the project a challenge, despite this and the restricted working hours the project was completed on programme. The Plaza roof garden consists of decking and seated relaxation area, soft rubber covered childrens play area and an interesting array of tree and shrubbery.
