Brief Scope
In the heat of London’s elite Marylebone district, sits a suite of luxury apartments in a Georgian Square estimated to have been built in the 1800’s for the wealthy.
The square comprises of a gated garden in the centre and it is famously known for John Lennon and JimiHendrix having lived there and the Beatles having used this location for recording their demo songs.
We were awarded with the full design and refurbishment package of over £2million in value. The works entailed a complete renovation of the property, rebuild and rewiring of the electrical services.
The property was a listed building so it did come with its challenges and we worked closely with English Heritage and kept the original arch in the bathroom and curvature theme throughout the property.
The interior design was complimented by Genny from Room Company and we fitted it with modern amenities with a jet bath complete with temperature control. The shower room was fitted with music speakers and a clever design element mimicking the night starlight sky in the ceiling with diamanté’s effect.
As well as a stunning marble fireplace, a contemporary kitchen with underfloor heating was installed and the living and bedroom areas were completely gutted and renovated with bespoke furniture.
