Pebble are a world leader in automation, IP and Integrated layout software for the broadcast community.

We were contracted to fit out and assist the relocation to their new offices from Weybridge to Epsom. This project included considerable downsizing for them due to majority of their staff working remotely.

The works included a complete Cat6 fit-out of their ground and first floor offices within a 4-week tight timeframe. The main and most critical element of the works was building the Data Room and the migration of the IT services.

Structural load assessments and a plinth design for the racks was carried out to ensure there was an even distribution of weight as the Data room was on the first floor.

Works also included extensive electrical works to bring the building back to regulatory compliance that entailed a new distribution board, all new power and data and upgrading the lighting cables.

A new intruder alarm system was installed and modifications to the fire alarm system was carried with new smoke detection.

We also installed a new satellite and GPS on the external structure of the building as well as new mechanical AC plant.

Joinery and Fabric works comprised of new partitions, new blinds throughout, new doors and decorations.
