Park Academy is one of 5 Academies under West London region that we look after in terms of minor and reactive works and facilities maintenance.

This Academy sustained severe flooding and damage to the basement of one of the 4 blocks to the main building.

Our works entailed drying out the basement and removing all apparatus and fabric elements from the area. we had to replanted the entire block and all the flooring was replaced.

Further works included a complete refurbishment of the classrooms, data IT comms room, sports hall, drama and gym studios.

We also undertook the installation of new tiling, new sanitary ware and cubical systems, new timber raised floors, underfloor heating and a new Juncker’s floor. New carpeting and vinyl flooring was also installed throughout the building. data wiring, power containment, boiler repairs and replacement, lift refurbishment and new lighting also formed part of the refurbishment works.
