MINISTRY OF JUSTICE
MINOR WORKS
We have successfully been approved to join the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Minor Works DPS Framework which is divided into 5 Lots listed below and these Lots are further broken down into several categories attached.
Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) is a division within the MoJ responsible for the prison estate. The Minor Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will be used by HMPPS in relation to project work under £1m. but may also include maintenance and resultant remedial its small scope high impact works. This DPS is open for use across all divisions of the Ministry of Justice, including managed buildings such as Courts, Tribunals, Corporate and some Home Office Buildings.

CONSTRUCT DPS
This DPS provides building trades contractors that will support Sanctuary’s new build programme and to also undertake works on existing assets in terms of investments and programmed upgrade works.
