Komfort did an excellent job for me on Fleming Ward, Hillingdon Hospital - 12-day conversion of an Adult ward into a Children’s ward.

The service that Komfort Services provided to fit out the Covid Vaccination Hubs, was very responsive at all times and helpful. Any queries or requests raised were acted upon immediately and we were always kept informed of developments.

North Middlesex University Hospital has engaged Komfort to carry out a number of high value projects in the last few years.. Four of them have been in, or in very close proximity to our Main Emergency Department. During one of the projects, the work required was programmed to be completed over 3 phases and was to take 3 months. During this period over 55 thousand members of the public came to the Emergency Department. Komfort worked around this very high pressure environment with complete confidence, this included close communication with senior clinicians and project managers. Komfort are fully aware of how to operate successfully within a live environment and we are very pleased to report the project was completed on time and on budget. I am also pleased to report that as part of this project the Trust was awarded the Best Example of Efficiencies in the Better Healthcare Award 2019, and part of the application for the award was how we managed the project in such a live environment and still see so many numbers through the front door. A sound endorsement of Komforts ability to deliver within a hospital live environment

Komfort Services are contracted to deliver various minor works and projects for all of West London Mental Health Trust sites. The nature of our sites are very high risk secure units so ir requires professional contractors to handle the works with expertise and a great deal of resilience and personal skill which Komfort Services staff have demonstrated. There are often occasions where works have been carried out within the same or next day have to be re-done because they have been vandalised and damaged by Patients and Komforts turn-around time has been excellent. Working at any of our sites is extremely challenging and high security measures are in place which have to be adhered to and Komfort services have not been phased by this and have obliged to all our requests and this has lead to us having built a great working relationship.
