Ministry of Justice Minor Works

We have successfully been approved to join the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) Minor Works DPS Framework which is divided into 5 Lots listed below and these Lots are further broken down into several categories attached.

Multidisciplinary Construction Work

Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) is a division within the MoJ responsible for the prison estate. The Minor Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will be used by HMPPS in relation to project work under £1m, but may also include maintenance and resultant remedial small scope high impact works. This DPS is open for use across all divisions of the Ministry of justice, including managed buildings such as Courts, Tribunals, corporate and some Home Office Buildings.

Fortem National Solutions Framework

They operate nationally with branches throughout England. A large bulk of their work is in the social housing sector. In all of their contracts they undertake one or more of the following; Responsive repairs and maintenance to social housing properties. Cyclical or planned improvement works whether that be working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, or in the Public Sector.

Public sector works – Delivering improvements and planned works to a range of public sector buildings, consisting of extending and renovation a wide variety of properties.
