We have several talented key personnel who work hard to guarantee the successes that we deliver and its important that we invest in and identify the right talent and expertise for our organisation.

Russell is our Commercial Director with overall responsibility for the implementation of all major projects having a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial construction and refurbishments projects. Also experienced in mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance, data cabling and computer room installations

Ray is a committed Construction professional, he has been responsible for numerous multimillion-pound projects including, office blocks, refurbishments, new builds and in particular delivering the No1 Court and Closing Roof at the prestigious AELTC.

Bill has been with Komfort for over 20 years and very quickly becomes the Clients favourite to work with, with his second to none ‘can do’ nature and cheerful disposition. He has worked on major projects from hospital establishments such as North Middlesex hospital Covid19 works to the commercial industry.

He has excellent management skills that enables him to positively motivate the personnel on site to achieve project targets in a collective and mutually beneficial environment.

Jamila has 20 years’ extensive experience in Facilities, Projects Procurement, and Contract Management. Having previously worked for Local Authorities, she brings the added expertise having been on the Client side and ensures the customer is at the forefront of our business. As well as having worked on a number of major office design and refurbishment projects, her creative talent and passion is evident to all our Clients.

Des has been with Komfort for a number of years since joining from GallifordTry’s where he was based on many prestigious sites including The AELTC. Des’s proactive approach to health and safety is liked by clients and contractor’s – he is there to help and not hinder and to ensure that the Komfort high standard is exercised and performed.

Chris is an accredited Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the Construction Industry for over 40 years, having worked for major companies including GallifordTry and Y.J.Lovell and managed prestigious projects including the All England Tennis Lawn Club at Wimbledon, St Pancras Chambers and The Grove Hotel. Clients welcome his attentive and direct approach.
