BRIEF SCOPE

Park Academy is one of five academies in the West London region for which we manage minor and reactive maintenance tasks and facility upkeep.

The academy experienced significant flooding that caused extensive damage to the basement of one of the four blocks in the main building. Our response involved thoroughly drying the basement and removing all equipment and fabric materials from the affected area. We repainted the entire block and replaced all flooring. Additionally, we installed new tiles, sanitary fixtures, and cubicle systems, along with new timber raised floors, underfloor heating, and a new Junker's floor. Throughout the building, we also laid new carpeting and vinyl flooring, completed data wiring, power containment, boiler repairs and replacements, refurbished the lift, and upgraded the lighting as part of the overall refurbishment project.
