BRIEF SCOPE

Over the course of seven months, we successfully completed two significant projects at the prestigious Grove Hotel.

The Mansion House Project involved the renovation of 26  guest rooms located on the first and second floors, along with the associated stairways and corridors. This project included the installation of new air conditioning fan coil units, the replacement of bathroom fixtures, and updates to wall and ceiling finishes as well as shower enclosures.

We also undertook electrical rewiring to enhance power and lighting systems and replaced floor coverings with both soft and hard finishes, ensuring a cohesive decorative scheme throughout.

Phase 2

Phase 2 focused on the renovation, refurbishment, and expansion of the Stables building, which previously served as changing rooms for the golf course. The scope of work for this phase included:

Locker Room Extension - We expanded the existing Men's Locker room, added new restroom facilities, and remodelled the shower area. The Spike Bar and entrance lobby were also refurbished, along with minor updates to the Ladies Locker room.

Half-Way House Refurbishment - This involved modifying the Ladies' restroom area to create a connecting corridor between the internal and external spaces. We fully renovated the Male restrooms and upgraded the Halfway House preparation and serving area, including all necessary finishes and services.

Stables Bar Extension - We created an opening for the existing Bar area into the adjacent office spaces to enlarge the Stable Bar, incorporating all required finishes.

Kitchen - We removed the old kitchen equipment and replaced it with a new installation and upgraded all the fixtures and fittings.

Player's Lounge, Courtyard, and Terraces - We installed new lighting in the Player's Lounge and added external lighting, along with street furniture, soft landscaping, and shade canopies the Courtyard and Terraces.
