BRIEF SCOPE

During the summer break, modifications were made to rearrange the current classrooms and create new structural openings. The building control approval process involved significant interaction with our structural engineer and project stakeholders.

Works also included the installation of new doors, flooring, fire-rated glazing and windows, as well as decorations and new electrical systems.

The exterior projects were conducted during the time outside of the summer break and involved the construction of a levelled ramp for disabled access, along with the provision, installation, and decoration of a new picket fence around the play area.
